I am from NY and had a vision for a rainbow cookie cake for my birthday this year. I thought I would never be able to make this a reality until I saw someone else leave a review for this bakery who also requested a rainbow cookie cake. I drove up to Sarasota just to taste test some of their cookies and loved their rainbow cookie cake so I went ahead and placed the order and wow was this amazing! So dense, so chocolatey, and the almond flavor and raspberry jam I love from the original cookie was sooo delicious and stood out. Everyone at the party also loved this cake so much, it was truly perfect and I will definitely order another one soon!!

Stopped in the other day and was blown away. I tried their lobster tail pastry, one of their best sellers, and it was unlike anything I’ve had before. The flaky crust filled with vanilla custard and cannoli cream was absolutely phenomenal. I’m usually not even a big vanilla custard fan, but this was incredible. I also picked up a sfogliatella, a traditional pastry from Naples, Italy. Ever since visiting Naples, I’ve had a hard time finding one that compares, but this tasted just like the ones I had there and really hit the spot. Of course, I had to try a cannoli as well. They fill the shells to order, which is always a great sign of an authentic cannoli, and it did not disappoint. Fresh, crisp, and delicious. The selection here is unbelievable, and honestly, I don’t think you could go wrong with anything you choose. I didn’t get a chance to try anything else this visit, but I’ll definitely be back to sample more pastries and the food menu. They also have a few tables set up inside if you’d like to sit and enjoy your treats. On top of all that, everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

AMAZING place and DELICIOUS baked goods! I was very impressed with the many choices the place is offering, and we took many with us home - all fresh, delicious and yummy! Place opens at 9am so plan well your morning visit

Everything is fantastic at Paisano's. The eggplant calzone is one of my favorites. Every Purim, I come to stock up on hamantshen. Service is consistently engaged and informative. It's a pleasure to walk into this store and come out with lots of great baked goods

The service was quick and seamless. The ricotta cake was delicious, and the cookies were good. However, everything we ordered was far too sweet for our taste. If the sugar were reduced by half — it would truly elevate the desserts and make this our go-to spot.
